This girl is a keeper!!!

This girl can teach us many things!

It is about a true story that occurred at the New York Airport when a United Airlines flight got canceled and the inconvenienced passengers were standing in a long queue to get another flight booked through a single female UA agent on the counter.

Suddenly, an angry and an irate customer broke the line to show his anger to the agent and demanded to be in that flight in First Class.

The agent told him that she would be happy to help him but he has to be in a queue, which the angry man found unimpressive.

He then loudly asked the agent where she knew who he was!

Without taking a moment, the agent smiled and with the help of a public address microphone announced- “May I have your attention, please?”, “We have a passenger at this Gate who doesn’t know who he is. If anyone knows him, kindly come to this Gate!″

The other passengers behind him started laughing uncontrollably and the man looked at the agent in anger and started abusing her.

Without shying away, she smiled and said, “I’m sorry Sir, you still have to be in the queue for that as well!”

Lesson learnt from it:

Life shouldn’t be about surviving the storm, but dancing in the rain!
